Responsibilities
- Generate leads through proactive outreach and expand the company’s reach
- Present and promote coaching and consulting services, addressing client objections and closing deals
- Schedule consultation sessions and manage the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure client needs are met and contribute to business projects
- Maintain accurate client data and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end client sourcing and sales, preferably in the consulting industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across various sectors (students, startups, SMEs, large businesses)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
