Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through proactive outreach and expand the company’s reach
  • Present and promote coaching and consulting services, addressing client objections and closing deals
  • Schedule consultation sessions and manage the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to ensure client needs are met and contribute to business projects
  • Maintain accurate client data and provide regular sales reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end client sourcing and sales, preferably in the consulting industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets across various sectors (students, startups, SMEs, large businesses)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
